A couple of months ago, a very tired pregnant woman and an exhausted early morning seminary teacher fell sound asleep at 8:45pm. Their children had been put to bed, and in their exhausted state, they assumed them asleep, or at least near it.
About an hour later, the phone rang, waking the parents, and a discovery was made...
This funny little boy, our "baby" for 6 more days, cracks us up and keeps us on our toes. As long as he's had adequate sleep, he's happy, carefree, and pretty darn easy. We love love love him...
Last week, on a day when he had NOT had adequate sleep the night before, he spent an unusual amount of time in time-out on the stairs. I was upstairs helping Nick with something and when we came back down we found him like this --
We had two Buzz Light Years at our house this past Halloween weekend. Because of the home football game in our town, trick-or-treating was done on Thursday night, the boys' preschool Halloween party was on Friday morning, the ward trunk-or-treat was on Friday night, and Saturday was carve a jack-o-lantern/ color all over your pumpkin day. We spent a lot of time with Buzz 1 and Buzz 2 last weekend!
Nick's "scary Halloween Buzz face" which he then insisted Chase and I replicate while he took our picture--
I love these little boys!
